Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TUBBZ account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your RMA number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused garments back into their original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
